How could we start with anyone but Elaine? Actress Julia Louis-Dreyfus certainly made her start on Seinfeld, but continued on to many more successful roles, including The New Adventures of Old Christine and later on Veep. Actress Amanda Peet portrayed Linette, a relatively small role on Seinfeld.
