Blazing Saddles is a 1974 Western black comedy that was directed by and starred comedy legend Mel Brooks. The film starred Cleavon Little and Gene Wilder and was nominated for three Academy Awards. It was selected by the Library of Congress in 2006 to be chosen for preservation.
