One Night Table
Here is a bit of practical advice. Unless you have your bed propped up against the wall, it’s usually a good idea to have two night tables next to your bed, one on each side. Hear us out on this one.
It just looks really awkward to have one night table on one side, and nothing on the other side. Besides, even if you don’t regularly share a bed with someone, it just looks weird and imbalanced. Trust us on this.
Beveled Glass
If you have no idea what beveled glass is, don’t worry. Most people don’t know the name for it, but you’ve definitely seen it. Beveled glass refers to the angled surface cut, the bevel, on any glass or mirror surface.
This is usually found around the edge of the glass. The problem is, these can end up looking very old fashioned and will make the room the beveled glass is in look dated. It really should be avoided at all costs.
